Mary Anne Bord-Hoffman is a Nurse Manager in a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in San Jose California. Ms. Hoffman has over 40 years of experience in nursing, most of it in Ambulatory Care. She has been an active member of AAACN and has served on a number of task forces, published in the AAACN Core Curriculum for Ambulatory Care Nursing, the soon to be published AAACN Care Coordination and Transition Management Core Curriculum, and AAACN Viewpoint. Her latest AAACN contribution is joining the team that presents the AAACN Certification Review Course.
