Rosemarie Battaglia, Nurse Manager at Children’s Hospital at the Medical University of South Carolina, has been responsible for ambulatory care delivery model changes involving RN responsibility evaluation, partnerships through “care team models,” and CMA role introduction. Rosemarie has combined her educator experience with her nurse manger role to enhance career ladder advancements achieving patient-centered measurable outcomes in the process. She is currently a member of the AAACN Task Force on Nurse Sensitive Indicators.
