Mary Beth Kingston has a 35-year career in nursing. She joined Aurora Health Care in 2012. As Executive Vice President and CNO at Aurora,she co-leads strategy for integrated services and provides strategic direction for nursing, clinical education and chief nurse executives. Along with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Integration Officer, she oversees clinical transformation, the enhancement of patient care services and improving clinical quality and safety. She is also responsible for developing nursing leadership and advancing nursing shared governance. Mary Beth was a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow from 2009 – 2012.
