Maria L. Podmore MPA, BSN, RN

Maria Podmore is the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Operations at MetroHealth in Cleveland, Ohio. She has worked at MetroHealth since 1990 holding various positions from Clinical Nurse in the ED, ICU, and Life Flight program to a Nurse Manager of a step down unit. In her current position her primary focus has been on staff development, staffing models, and other operational needs. Three years ago she became a Master Trainer for Team STEPPS at MetroHealth and has been part of a team rolling out to the entire institution.
