This presentation touches on several areas of test content, including plan of care and care management, interpersonal skills and customer service skills, regulations, standards, accreditation, scope of practice, ethics and nursing advocacy, legal and ethical issues, and professional development and leadership. Attendees will move forward in their grasp of knowledge in these areas and move toward taking the exam in ambulatory certification.

Please note, this course does not grant certification in ambulatory care nursing.
