Patient/Staff Education SIG - Staffing in a Pandemic: Lessons Learned and Implemented Plans

With the rapid onset of COVID-19, the operational needs of ambulatory care services at one health care facility were abruptly halted and pivoted in unimaginable ways. This session explores how data-driven decisions helped to level set staffing and support clinical work, as well as lessons learned along the way.
