Description

This session provides an overview of one organization’s Magnet journey, including leadership structure, standards, tools to improve patient experience, performance evaluations, and patient experience scores.

Our facility has gone through our first renewal process. It was a very extensive process, but very rewarding. This was a great presentation with very useful information.
