Explore the development, revision, and standardization of an ambulatory care competency-based orientation checklist, learn to identify standard practices across multiple outpatient settings, and decrease the duplication of skills validation.

So great that it is electronic! Wondering if you have administrative support for getting these into individual's electronic files once they are completed. Also wonder who is monitoring the completion and doing non-compliance follow up, would love to hear from you!

I like the idea that the checklist is electronic and can be accessed by any preceptor but sometimes "out of sight, out of mind" which is even the case with a paper checklist. I would like to know how this is being monitored.
