Evidence-based practice (EBP) is a well-recognized approach for improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and increasing patient and staff satisfaction. This session showcases how the establishment and facilitation of an interprofessional EBP council provides a strong foundation and mentorship for EBP and collaboration, thus elevating the level of care in a diverse health care setting.
