Vashti Hassanizadeh RN

Vashti Hassanizadeh is an ambulatory care registered nurse at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She holds a degree in nursing and has 40 years of experience as a registered nurse. Prior to joining the special pathogens team, she spent 12 years working in cancer care and infusion. She has held oncology certification in nursing and medical-surgical certification for over ten years. Vashti has played an integral role in supporting the special pathogens team at UT Southwestern as vaccine and monoclonal antibody (Evusheld) administrator and as a resource for patients wanting information and reassurance throughout their visit.
