Chelsea McConnell DNP, BSN, RN

Chelsea McConnell is a DNP degree graduate from the Medical University of South Carolina and a current second year Quality Scholar Fellow at the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Her academic and career focus is primary care. She conducted a successful quality improvement project to increase pneumovax vaccination rates in a VA primary care clinic and is currently working with the VA National Office of Primary Care to standardize and develop a reliable process to accurately measure primary care nurse activities in the electronic health record.
