Kristine Kelm is the vice president of integrated care management at Advocate Aurora Health in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. She previously held positions as the executive director of ambulatory care management, director of nurse care coordination and population health, and director of quality. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master of business degree in healthcare administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
