Marti Potter is a Nursing Program Manager at Denver Health in the Community Health Services. Currently she is the manager of three grant programs that are active in the community setting. These include the Nurse Family Partnership, Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs and the EPSDT Program (Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment) a Medicaid outreach program.
