Elaine Skoch MN, RN, EMBA, CNAA

Elaine has always been committed to caring for the "whole person." Her clinical experience ranges from ICU and burn-trauma to the provision of mental health and substance abuse services for inner city homeless clients. Elaine has served in administrative and leadership positions, in public and private healthcare settings and has led major systems reorganization. She is experienced in organizational development, strategic planning, marketing, change management, and program evaluation. The TransforMED model reaffirms the ideals Elaine values: empowering people to participate in and form partnerships with their health care professionals; the commitment to quality and efficiency in the delivery of care emphasizing prevention and wellness; and, access to care for all.

Elaine holds a Masters in Nursing from the University of Washington and an EMBA from Benedictine College. She is ANA board certified in nursing administration at the advanced level.
