Terrie Rill MBA-HCM, BSN, RN, CCCM

Terri Rill recently served as the Chief Clinical Services Officer with Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix, Arizona. She has been a nurse for 34 years, with 32 years of ambulatory nursing experience. Mrs. Rill has held ambulatory nursing leadership and operational leadership positions throughout the past 25 years including charge nurse, call center manager, clinic director, and nursing director. As Chief Clinical Services Officer, Mrs. Rill was responsible for patient safety, clinical quality, staffing skill mix, and population health for the ambulatory practices in both Phoenix and Tucson. In this role, she focused on elevating the nurse navigator role within the organization. She has been a AAACN member since 2016 and has volunteered her time for AAACN as a Telehealth SIG chair, a Nurse Executive Task Force Member, a SIG Work Group member, reviewer of ViewPoint, and as a Technical Expert Advisor with CALNOC/AAACN for the development of HTN and Fall NSI. She will serve on the AAACN Nominating Committee 2020-2023.
