Dr. Lee Anne Siegmund PhD, RN

Dr. Lee Anne Siegmund works as a Nurse Scientist in Nursing Research and Innovation at Cleveland Clinic where she mentors nurses who are conducting research. Her expertise and research interests are exercise for special populations and motivation in cardiac rehabilitation. She is currently researching use of social media in cardiac rehabilitation and unique exercise interventions for patients with low functional ability. She has also published work on the use of social media in research. Dr. Siegmund has worked as a Registered Nurse in public health, home health, and cardiac rehabilitation. She previously taught exercise physiology at Calvin College in Michigan.
