Diane Shields is the Ambulatory Practice Leader at Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park. In this role she is responsible to assure all ancillary staff are working with in their scope of practice. She is also a Department Administrator and is involved with Workflow Efficiency Teams and Proactive Office Encounters.
