Karen Elsea is the undergraduate BSN program director and assistant professor at the University of Indianapolis in the School of Nursing. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ball State University and a master’s in nursing administration from Indiana University. She has thirty years of experience in acute adult medical-surgical nursing, home care, and nursing leadership. She is pursuing a doctorate of education in higher education from Ball State University.
