Maria Bouchard MSN, RN, FNP-BC

Maria Bouchard is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a 27-year background in emergency medicine, trauma resuscitation, and program development. For the past five years, Maria has practiced at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a nurse practitioner in the clinical contact center in a virtual health care model. She is recognized as a national subject matter expert and consultant for the VA Central Office (ONS) clinical contact center modernization effort. As the original provider in this regional role, she received the Top 100 VA Employee Innovations award in 2016. As a former United States Air Force medical crew director for aeromedical evacuation, she feels passionate about bringing quality virtual health care to our veterans.
