Vanessa Taylor BSN, RN

Vanessa Taylor is a medical home manager at Sanford Clinic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She has 26 years of experience as a registered nurse and has been working in the ambulatory care setting since 2008. She worked three of those years in clinical services, which supports scope of practice, policies, and operations of over 100 clinics in a three-state area. Vanessa currently oversees the RN care managers in the ambulatory care clinics. She holds a bachelor of science in nursing degree from South Dakota State University.
