Ciara Culhane MS, RN, NPD-BC, CPN

Ciara Culhane is a board-certified professional development specialist at Children's Hospital Colorado. She has been on a core team of three specialists leading the development, implementation, sustainability planning, and design of competency-based assessment tools for a wide variety of nursing and interprofessional roles for the past 5 years. She leads the orientation and onboarding subcommittee for the QSEN national practice task force and has presented on her competency work at both national and international conferences.
