Crystal Jackson is the director of clinical education and development, ambulatory services and adult enterprise, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she works to create effective education across the adult ambulatory care clinics. In this position, she has developed the LPN transition-to-practice program, implemented adult ambulatory nurse residency track, and established a core competency-based orientation checklist for adult ambulatory clinics. She serves as co-chair of the adult ambulatory care educational committee.
