Amy Magnuson has worked with Sanford Health of Northern Minnesota for about 6 years. She started in a telephone triage position and transitioned to a RN Health Coach as Sanford Health implemented patient centered medical home within their clinic. Over the last 2 years, Amy has worked as a Clinical Manager in the Internal Medicine Department and also has worked to oversee the Medical Home program and RN Health Coaches.
