Jessica R. Watson MBA, MSN, RN, CMSRN
Jessica Watson has worked in multiple inpatient nursing roles caring for patients with chronic disease for 15 years including bedside nurse, clinical educator, and clinical manager. These experiences provided the opportunity to identify gaps in the continuum of care that contributes to the ongoing challenge of patient read missions and care coordination. Experience, along with passion for efficient and effective patient care, led her to the role of Director of Chronic Disease at Winchester Medical Center in Virginia. In this role she focuses on the development, implementation, and enhancement of programs to serve patients and families with chronic illness through education and connection to resources.
