Toni O'Day MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CCM

Toni O'Day is the national clinical resource hub director of nursing for the VA in Washington, DC, where she develops and oversees the clinical resource hub nursing program throughout the VA. She has been a registered nurse for over 21 years and has developed telehealth programs for over 10 years. Toni is the lead of the work group developing remote virtual physical examination training for CRH nurses. She holds an MSN degree and has certifications in nurse executive advanced and case management.
