Great read for triage nursing to see data related to implementation of a scheduling process for non urgent issues

Hopefully this is something that can be implemented at the VA. We triage nurses receive so many calls that would benefit from this process.

Direct scheduling has been implemented in the VA system, which has improved direct access to patients primary care teams.
