Dr. Amy Anderson is a visiting fellow at The Heritage Foundation focusing on health care policy. She recently served as expert counsel to the National Coronavirus Recovery Commission on COVID-19. Amy was an inaugural member of the Global Think Tank Townhall convened by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program of the Lauder Institute at University of Pennsylvania where she worked on global policy solutions to the pandemic crisis. Dr. Anderson is also a professor in the Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Texas Christian University and a professor and health policy and advocacy theme lead for the School of Medicine at Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She is a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing.
