Charlene Platon, MS, RN, PHN, FNP-BC, is a nurse innovator, wellness advocate, and systems thinker with over a decade of experience in clinical care, leadership, and nurse-led innovation. As Co-Founder of Fifth Window, and Director of Ambulatory Nursing at a major academic health system, she is devoted to reimagining how nurses care for themselves and each other. With a background as a family nurse practitioner and a passion for human-centered design, Charlene bridges clinical excellence with compassionate leadership. Her work centers on cultivating psychological safety, joy, and belonging in healthcare spaces. She believes that nurses deserve more than survival – they deserve to thrive.
