Diane Resnick MPA, BSN, AMB-BC

Diane Resnick is a nurse manager at Hackensack Meridian Health. She had held various positions in nursing leadership and project management throughout the years, including director of nursing in a large urban academic medical center. She managed a primary care/multi-specialty hospital-based family health center at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Hackensack Meridian Health, Neptune, NJ, and managed a new building project including design, capital acquisition, financial accountability, and program standards for a new multi-million-dollar ambulatory care facility. She serves as the chair of the ambulatory care nursing council for Hackensack Meridian Health, a 17-hospital integrated health system. She has had active involvement in the Magnet journey since 1997 for 6 successful Magnet designations. She currently manages the Riverview Family Health Center, part of Hackensack Meridian Health. She has been a member of AAACN since 1998 was an active member of the Leadership SIG advisory group. Diane is certified in ambulatory care. She received her BSN degree from Rutgers University and her master of public administration degree from Seton Hall University.
