Janet Fuchs is currently the Associate Chief Nursing Office for Ambulatory Nursing for the Cleveland Clinic Health system. In her present role, she is responsible for policy, safety, quality and the standards of care of clinical practice for nursing in ambulatory settings across CCHS, including 9 CCHS hospitals, 17 FHCs and 150 regional physician practices.
Janet came to Cleveland Clinic in 1975 and has since served in a variety of capacities; from staff nurse to nurse manager and then as Director for Advanced Practice Nursing prior to her current role. Jan received her BSN and MSN from Kent State University and a Healthcare MBA from Baldwin Wallace in 2009. She is certified as a clinical nurse specialist and also as a Nurse Executive from AACN.
