Jennifer Edwards BSN, RN, OCN, LSSGB

Jennifer Edwards is an innovative clinical nurse leader with over 15 years’ experience in leadership throughout ambulatory and acute care settings, including nurse navigation, clinical services, emergency, trauma and burn units, outpatient infusion, oncology clinics. Since 2019, she has been known as a local and national subject matter expert on chronic and complex nurse navigation. Jennifer supports academic ambulatory care clinics, programs, and service lines and leads the department of navigators at Banner Health’s flagship academic medical center, Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix. Jennifer earned an associate degree in nursing at Scottsdale Community College and her BSN degree from Grand Canyon University. Jennifer holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma green belt (LSSGB) and oncology nurse (OCN). She is the co-founder/co-program director of the Association of Chronic and Complex Care Nurse Navigators (ACCCNN).
