Julie Hall MSN, RN, NEA-BC
Julie Hall is chief nursing officer and vice president of patient services at Mohawk Valley Health System, where she utilizes her expertise in building strong nursing teams through elevation of emerging leaders and dedicate transformation to quality to improve outcomes, access, and experience. Julie was previously the chief nursing officer and quality health system executive lead as Magnet Program leader and guided transformational advancements in nursing quality, patient experience, professional governance, and workforce retention. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Capella University (2021), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from SUNY Delhi (2012), and her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from SUNY Delhi (2009). She was selected as an AONL Nurse Executive Fellow (2023) and an inaugural participant in Healing Politics (2023), reflecting her dedication to advancing nursing influence, policy engagement, and systems leadership. She received the Malcome Baldrige-Dr. Curt Reimann Baldrige Scholarship. Her professional certifications include NEA-BC, advanced cardiovascular life support and basic life support instructor credentials, project/program management certification, progressive care nursing certification, and advanced care management certification through the University of Rochester. Julie maintains active licensure as a registered nurse in the state of New York. Across her career, Julie has been recognized for her ability to develop emerging leaders, build cohesive and empowered teams, and drive strategic initiatives that elevate nursing excellence. She is a strong advocate for professional development, patient-centered care, and advancing the voice of nursing at local, regional, and national levels.
