Kathryn Gallanosa DNP, RN, FNP-BC, CNL

Dr. Kathryn May Gallanosa is the clinical nurse leader for primary care at UVA Health in Charlottesville, VA. She is in her 2nd year in this position. She has over 13 years of nursing experience, with the majority in medical ICU and surgical trauma ICU. She has an MSN degree – clinical nurse leader, an MSN degree – family nurse practitioner, and a DNP degree from the University of Virginia School of Nursing. She is credentialed as an FNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has worked as a neuromuscular NP and bone health NP at VCU Health. She is also an urgent care NP at Bon Secours and a clinical instructor at UVA School of Nursing.
