
Kelley Sears MSN, RN, CPN, NPD-BC

Kelley Sears is a nursing professional development specialist and nurse leader with over a decade of experience educating nurses and other healthcare professionals in acute care and community health. She also has over a decade of experience teaching nursing students at the undergraduate level. She has a master’s degree in nursing and healthcare education. In her current role as the director of clinical education for Thundermist Health Center, Kelley is held accountable for educational outcomes for nurses, medical assistants, and other providers of patient care. She not only leads the department, but also develops and teaches curriculum to multiple disciplines. Kelley has been the nurse planner for multiple ANCC credentialed activities on diverse topics. Kelley leads a substance use disorder RN champion workgroup at Thundermist Health Center and creates interprofessional substance use disorder curriculum for the organization.
