She has experience developing HR expertise in higher education, financial services, retail, automotive, manufacturing, production, and the health care industries. She is currently the Human Resources Manager in the ambulatory division of Penn Medicine, where she holds responsibility for the strategic and tactical delivery of multifunctional HR services and day-to-day HR operations for 19 clinical divisions staffed by over 3,000 physicians and 4,000 employees.
