Kristen Andrews is the Regional Proactive Care Group Lead for Kaiser Permanente’s Southern California Permanente Medical Group. Kristen manages a team of consultants and project managers focused on Proactive Panel Management, Proactive Office Encounter (Outpatient visits), Proactive Office Support, Proactive Inpatient Encounter (Inpatient visits), as well as condition management leads for Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension, HIV, and CKD. Recent speaking engagements include: The Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC), the Coalition of Orange County Community Clinics (COCCC) and the Council of Community Clinics, San Diego (CCC-SD); AACHC 17th Annual Leadership IX Conference.

Kristen has been with Kaiser Permanente for 20 years.
