Laila Derrick-Neal MSN, RN, CCRN, NEA-BC

Laila Derrick-Neal serves as the regional nurse manager for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) primary care network, overseeing nursing clinical operations across multiple ambulatory care sites including Karabots (Philadelphia), Collegeville, Highpoint, Souderton, and Sunnybrook in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. With over 31 years of nursing experience, Laila brings extensive expertise in both critical care and nursing leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree and is board certified as a nurse executive, advanced (NEA-BC). Laila is deeply committed to advancing nursing practice and fostering high-performing teams that deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient care. Her leadership is guided by a passion for quality improvement and her ongoing advocacy for strategies that enhance patient outcomes and elevate the standard of primary care delivery.
