Lynette Kelley BS, RN, FNP

Lynette Kelley is the Research Transitions Nurse Clinical Director in the Department of Veterans Affairs in Denver, Colorado. She has been the clinical team lead for the rural transitions nurse program since its conception in 2014. Including her expertise in completing the clinical intervention aspect of the program, Kelley has also created nursing training curriculum and informed multiple levels of nationwide program expansion from pre-implementation, implementation, and evaluation.
