Margaree Jordan-Amberg MSN, RN

Margaree Jordan-Amberg is a nurse educator and professor with 13 years of experience in nurse triage/telehealth and 5 years of experience in nursing education. Her clinical experience ranges from adult critical care to ambulatory care and telehealth, with some home health and surgical services experience. She is the clinical manager for access services prescription and triage at Baystate Health in Springfield, Massachusetts. Margaree is active on AAACN’s Telehealth SIG. She has served as a team lead for the telephone triage online course task force and is the current chair of the Telehealth SIG.
