Presentations featured are "Implementation of Social Determinants of Health in a Pediatric Hospital Setting" presented by Barry Owen, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, and Monica Fuller, BSN, RN, CPN; "Using Social Determinants of Health to Improve Patient Outcomes" presented by Jessica Newland, MBA, MSN, RN, CPEN, SANE-P, and Cheryl Davis, MBA, BSN, RN, HCM; and "Teach to Fish: The Balance between Addressing Urgent SDoH Needs and Long-Term Connections" presented by Adam Updegraff, DNP, CRNP, and Missi Dehoff, LPN.
