Natalie Zavala MPA-HA

Natalie Zavala is an operations manager at Kaiser Permanente in the Southern California Permanente Medical Group’s regional ambulatory clinical services department. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the regional centralized allergen mixing center, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery. With more than 11 years of experience in health care, Natalie brings a diverse background in operations, consulting, and project management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development from the University of California, San Diego, and a master’s degree in public administration health administration from California State University, Northridge.
