Noelle Stack MSN, RN, CPN

Noelle Stack is the Nurse Manager for the Care Management Department at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In this role she leads enterprise-level teams of RN Care Managers who provide comprehensive care coordination and transition management services to children with complexity and their families. Prior to her role as the Nurse Manager, she was an RN Care Manager for Compass Care, the complex pediatric medicine service at CHOP. In addition, she has 10 years of nursing experience that includes roles as an inpatient nurse and clinical nursing supervisor for a general pediatrics/hematology unit. She has presented nationally on topics of patient-family experience with care coordination and the quality of care for medically complex children.
