Dr. Quyen Phan is an assistant clinical professor in the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. With nursing background in both Canada and the US, she has been teaching in the undergraduate program at Emory University School of Nursing since 2004. She is passionate about nursing education, public health, and population-based work with the underserved populations, and she continues to serve as a volunteer nurse practitioner with the uninsured population at a free clinic that she co-founded in a health professional shortage area outside of Atlanta.
