In an era where healthcare teams must do more with fewer resources, retaining and developing LPN and MA talent is an operational imperative. Recognizing the need for sustained, practice-based support, an academic medical center launched a longitudinal onboarding initiative designed to stabilize, engage, and retain LPN and MA talent across ambulatory care settings utilizing a dedicated allied health educator. This session describes key elements of the onboarding model for high-risk ambulatory care roles.
