Suzanne Weiss is the Director of Clinical Practice the Aurora Health Care Medical Group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has been in ambulatory leadership for more than 25 years. She developed and implemented the first ambulatory shared governance model as well as a revision to the model to be inclusive of ambulatory nurses across two states as a result of a recent merger.
