Vicki Hess MS, RN, CTP, CVP

Vicki Hess is a highly-regarded speaker, author, consultant, and virtual coach. She shares her expertise in employee engagement with healthcare organizations across the country. She has more than 30 years of hands-on business and healthcare experience that she draws upon to provide evidence-based strategies for workplace engagement. She teaches healthcare leaders and staff how to improve and sustain employee engagement, reduce stress and burnout, and retain valued employees. Ms. Hess holds a bachelors of science in nursing from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University. She was an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Business for five years. She is also a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). Vicki is one of 300 women in the world to have earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. She is also a Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP).
