This interactive pre-conference workshop, featuring facilitators from the AAACN Research Committee and ViewPoint Journal editorial board, allows attendees at the novice author level to increase their confidence and capabilities. Attendees are encouraged to bring a manuscript idea or draft with them to apply lessons to their own work. Topics include identification of target journals, importance of author guidelines, structure of journal articles, reference tools, and reporting guidelines.
