141 - A Minority and Nurse-Owned Business Navigates Care Delivery and The NSI Journey

Still in the minority, black women who are registered nurses are venturing into new opportunities to design and lead change that will impact health equity and health access and to do so from their unique experience. This session leads the way as a first for AAACN to showcase a nurse-owned, black-women-owned, healthcare services business.
