Overview

This session identifies best practices for attendees to utilize to increase participation in ambulatory care nurse residency. Discussion focuses on a “speed dating” approach to match nurse residents with available positions to increase clinic participation in ambulatory care nurse residency programs and shorten the time-to-start metric.
