Overview

Ambulatory care nursing must successfully create a culture of inclusion and a sense of belonging for all stakeholders in the practice and patient care environment. Our discussion explores the following questions in working toward this goal: How can we change strategies using inclusive excellence so we do not always need to be resilient? How can we use our role to advance health equity and how in real time do we address social determinants of health? How can we use inclusive excellence to support our patients? How can we use inclusive excellence to support our nursing colleagues and ourselves?
